The magic of the holiday season is twirling into town—and your dancer has the chance to be part of it! This year, the internationally acclaimed Nutcracker! Magical Christmas Ballet is inviting local dancers to join the stage alongside its dazzling cast of professional, international artists.

All dancers ages 6 to 18 are welcome to audition!

💫 Master Class with a Touring Star
Before auditions, dancers ages 10+ can step into the spotlight with a master class at 5:30 PM, taught by one of the touring company’s professional dancers.
Master Class Fee: $20 for PSOD Students, $25 for other studio dancers.
👉 Register in person on the day of auditions. We will open the doors for registration at 5:00 PM
🌟 A Stage Full of Holiday Magic
Selected dancers will shine under the stage lights in three enchanting performances of The Nutcracker! Magical Christmas Ballet on December 28th at the Mahaffey Theater in Downtown St. Petersburg. Depending on casting, students may perform in 1–3 shows—each one more magical than the last!
🎁 Rehearsals That Fit Your Schedule
We know how important weekly classes are. That’s why rehearsals are held only on Sundays after 1:00 PM—leaving plenty of time for regular training and family holiday traditions.
This is a rare and wonderful opportunity for young dancers to become part of a holiday spectacular that delights audiences around the world.
